Gameplay
As the Shaaark! SuperBet titular character, players can look to create havoc in a sunny seaside resort by tearing apart a number of symbols that can be associated with the beach in this 5-reel, 25 payling slot game.
Symbols to be included in this fun and light-hearted game include swimmers, basking seals, surfboards and signs, as well as the traditional playing card symbols of the 10 and the royals.
Spins can be from as little as 0.01 coins on 1 line, otherwise those that fancy the max bet can place 2 coins across 25 lines. Players can customise the number of lines available, whilst they are also able to stake different increments between the 0.01 and 2 coins range. The lowest bet is just 0.01¢ whilst the highest is €10 line, therefore the max bet is €250 per spin.
There are the usual ‘Spin’ and ‘Autoplay’ buttons available, however in our Shaaark! SuperBet slot game review, we came across two buttons that triggered some special bonus features within the game: the ‘Super Bet’ and the ‘Gamble’ buttons which we’ll explain shortly.
Feature Bonuses
As mentioned, Shaaark! SuperBet bonus features include the ‘Super Bet’ feature and a ‘Gamble’ Feature. In addition to these, though, there is also a ‘Free Spins’ feature providing players with plenty of excitement.
The Wild symbol (which is the shark with a grin) and the scatter (the shark’s fin) are special symbols and are needed to maximise the wins as much as possible. The wild will replace any other symbol on the grid except for the scatter to form a winning combination. Two or more wilds will form its own payout.
The scatter will pay each time two or more land on the reels, whilst three or more will activate the ‘Free Spins’ feature. Once triggered, the player will be awarded with 10 Free Spins and the round will double all wins that are achieved, as well as providing more wilds. Once this feature has been triggered, though, it can not be reactivated.
The ‘Super Bet’ feature is available immediately via the ‘Super Bet’ button located below the reels. This button will take the player to a new screen and will see the stakes increased from the base game, whilst all 25 paylines will have to be played. Nonetheless, more wilds will appear to try and maximise the potential wins.
The ‘Gamble’ feature can be triggered upon a winning combination, allowing the player to essentially gamble what they have just won to try and earn a bigger reward. When the button is pressed, cards will appear in which the player needs to either guess the colour or the suit, with correct answers paying out 2x and 4x the amount respectively. If the guess is wrong, all winnings will be lost from that spin. Players are limited to just five correct guesses on this feature.
