There have been a number of games that have featured cooking as a theme and sushi always appears to be a popular dish that is always on the menu – even if it continues to split opinion amongst many as to whether they like it or not.

Gameplay
Sushi Bar is a slot game that is played on a grid across five reels and has 25 different paylines available for players to try and form winning combinations. Bets can be placed as small as €0.01 and as high as €125, as a maximum of 5 coins can be wagered on each active payline.
Players who want to get into the action as quickly as possible and are happy to place the maximum wager can do so with ease via the ‘Max Bet Spin’ button.
The symbols within the game are – as expected – typical of what would be found or associated with a sushi bar. There are eight icons within the game available on the paytable. These include the highest values on a playing card – which are all designed as if they were pieces of sushi on a plate. The more valuable symbols, though, are represented by items such as a teapot, a plate and knives.
Feature Bonuses
Although Sushi Bar could be considered a slot game that does not offer a lot on the surface, there is still plenty that it offers players.
One of the Sushi Bar bonuses to be found in the game is the two special symbols that are available in the game. The first is the soy sauce bottle, which acts as the ‘Wild’. This icon will be able to substitute for all other icons in the game to form winning combinations, whilst it will also provide a 2x multiplier to those wins if it is required to make the combo.
The other special symbol is the fan symbol, which is the game’s ‘Scatter’. This icon will award wins regardless of where they land on the reels. If two of these appear on the reels in one spin, then players will be awarded with 50 instant credits. Three or more, though, will take players to a ‘Free Spins’ bonus feature round. Eight spins will be awarded for three, whereas 20 will be awarded for five scatters to be landed on the reels. These free spins will hand players a 2x multiplier on any winning combinations that are formed in the round, as well.

97.5% is the return to player (RTP) rate for this BetSoft slot game, which makes Sushi Bar highly appealing. Although there is not much to shout about in regards to the theme of the game and the actual gameplay itself, the exceptionally generous RTP rate and additional bonus features certainly make the bar worth visiting!
