Ancient temples and hidden treasures have captured the imagination of people for hundreds of years. Films like Indiana Jones and The Mummy have made it popular on the big screen, so it is no surprise that these themes have started to appear elsewhere, with slot games being the latest to pick up on the trend. The Treasure Room slot game is another great slot powered by Betsoft software, so like all their games it has been impeccably well designed, with the dazzlingly gold background and shiny symbols in particular standing out.
In this Treasure Room Slot review, we’ll go into a bit more detail as to how the game works, if there are any particular feature bonuses of note, and what the RTP rate of the game is.
Gameplay
The Treasure Room slot game has a fairly standard format, in that it has five reels and three rows. It also has 20 unique paylines. Coin denominations range from 0.02 up to 1, and you can select the number of lines that you wish to bet on. There is also an autoplay feature, where you can choose the number of times the reels will spin on their own.
RTP
The RTP for the Treasure Room slot game is 94.9%
Bonus Features
We’ve had to make special room in this Treasure Room slot game review for all the bonus features, as there are simply so many of them! First up is the Wild symbol, which here is represented by the golden compass. It will substitute out all of the normal symbols ( so excluding the special symbols such as the Instant Bonus, Jackpot and Scatter symbols) to help players make winning combinations across the reels.
The Scatter symbol is the golden calendar. Landing three or more of the calendar symbols anywhere on the reels will activate the Treasure Room bonus feature, taking you off the main screen to a secondary one. You will then be faced with three doors, all with rare and special gems hidden behind them. Each gem has a different value, and when you’ve had your three turns they will be added up and awarded to you, then taking you back to the main game.
There are also Instant Bonus symbols, which are represented by the Sword and Shield. Depending on how many you land at any one time, you can win between 125 and 5,000 credits.
The Treasure Room slot game also has a progressive jackpot, which can be won when you hit five of the Treasure Chest symbols. The jackpot sum will be added up to everything you’d won up to that point. However, you will need to have played the maximum bet to be eligible for it.
Treasure Room Free Play
If the above all sounds confusing, we suggest trying the Treasure Room free play version first, as it will help you practice before trying the real thing.
